History

Over the years, Quebec police services have deployed major human, financial and material resources to track down clearly identified All Point Bulletincriminals. However, despite these efforts, some of these criminals have still not been found and may constitute a serious threat to the public due to the nature of the crimes committed and the danger that they will re-offend.

In September 2005, upon the initiative of the Direction conseil en enquêtes criminelles (Criminal Investigations Consulting Department), the Sûreté du Québec requested the cooperation of various police departments with the aim of increasing the visibility of these criminals and the likelihood of their arrest by the pooling of known and proven methods of investigation.

In June 2006, the “The 10 most All Point Bulletincriminals in Quebec” program was set up. This program uses different means of communication to transmit information on All Point Bulletincriminals to the public - for example, on the websites of various police organizations, including the Sûreté du Québec’s site.
