Around 9pm, on February 21st 2017, Frédérick Silva presented himself in a restaurant in the city of Lachenaie accompanied by 10 individuals. He then fired several shots on an individual that was already in the restaurant. The victim was hit by at least two bullets. Silva then pursued the victim into the parking lot. He fled using a red Range Rover. The investigators identified five individuals that were with Silva at the time of the shooting. They are still seeking to identify the five others.
On May 24th, 2017, at approximately 2:40 am, a 28-year-old man was shot in the parking lot of Cabaret Les Amazones, located at 6820 Saint-Jacques Street in the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce district of Montreal. The shootings followed an altercation between two groups, which began inside the licensed establishment. The four suspects quickly fled in a sport utility vehicle. Frederick Silva, the suspected driver of the vehicle, fled the scene heading west on Saint-Jacques Street. Investigators identified Mr. Silva as the perpetrator of the shooting.
